Besoccer Terms & Conditions — Everything You Need to Know Before Using the Platform

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, products, and activities on the Besoccer platform. Using our services via the Besoccer website, mobile application, or any other channel constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Besoccer reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified via their registered email or mobile number, and the website will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the Bengali version shall prevail.

The following requirements must be met to open an account on Besoccer:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• A valid national ID card or passport is required.
• An active mobile number and email address are required.
• A maximum of one account per person is permitted.

All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. If an account is opened using false details, Besoccer reserves the right to close that account and forfeit the balance at any time.

If the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process is not completed, withdrawal limits may apply. Identity verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal. You can complete verification by uploading a scanned copy of your NID or passport along with a selfie.

Keep your account password and login details strictly confidential. Allowing any third party to access your account is prohibited. The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out through their account.

The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals on Besoccer:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 via bKash and Nagad.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed via the same method used for the original deposit — this is both the safest and preferred approach.
• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be approved.

Withdrawals are not permitted without first meeting the betting turnover requirement. Any deposited funds must be wagered at least once; otherwise, withdrawal requests may be subject to review.

Besoccer does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your mobile banking operator may apply its own transaction fees — these are outside of Besoccer's control.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. In cases where a security review is required, this may take up to 24 hours. No withdrawal is withheld without reasonable cause.

Besoccer's bonus and promotion offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. Each offer has its own requirements, which are detailed on the relevant offer page.

Welcome Bonus: A bonus of up to 200% is available on your first deposit. To withdraw the bonus, you must meet the specified wagering requirement (betting turnover) — typically 30–40 times the combined total of your deposit and bonus.

Cashback Offer: Weekly cashback can generally be withdrawn with no wagering requirement. However, specific promotional cashback offers may carry separate terms and conditions.

Each member may use a specific promotion only once. Claiming the same bonus multiple times through more than one account is strictly prohibited. If detected, all associated accounts will be permanently closed.

Besoccer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion. Once a bonus has been credited, it cannot be withdrawn until all applicable conditions have been met.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on Besoccer:

• The minimum stake per bet is ৳20. The maximum stake varies depending on the event and market.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If the Cash Out feature is active, you may partially or fully cash out your bet at the offered value.
• A maximum of 15 selections may be combined in an accumulator bet.
• If a match is affected by a technical error or an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

In live betting, odds change in real time. Odds may shift between the moment a bet is submitted and when it is accepted by the system. Besoccer reserves the right to accept or reject bets at the updated odds.

If clearly incorrect odds are displayed on any match, Besoccer reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and refund the stake. No winnings will be paid out in such cases.

If Besoccer determines that a member is exhibiting unusual or suspicious betting patterns, the relevant bets may be placed under review and suspended pending investigation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Besoccer:

• Creating multiple accounts under a single person's name.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Using multiple identities or payment methods to abuse the bonus system.
• Placing bets using software, bots, or any automated system.
• Using insider information to fix matches or gain an unfair advantage.
• Coordinated betting to collectively claim bonuses (Bonus Abuse).
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.

If any of the above activities are proven, Besoccer will immediately and permanently close the account in question, forfeit all balances and bonuses, and take legal action if necessary.

Besoccer treats the protection of members' personal data as a top priority. Information collected at registration is used solely for account management, payment processing, KYC verification, and customer support.

Besoccer never sells your personal information to third parties. However, certain data may be disclosed when required by law or upon request from a government authority.

• Deposit Limit: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit limit.

• Participation in prohibited activities.
• After extended inactivity (more than 12 months), following a notification being sent.

If your issue remains unresolved through support, you may submit a formal complaint. Besoccer takes all complaints seriously and will provide an official response within 7 business days.

In the event of a dispute over betting results, the official outcome provided by the data feed supplier will be considered final. Besoccer reserves the right to correct any results displayed due to a technical error.
